About the Role
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (Performance) owns the paid and conversion side of growth - getting more of the right people to try Sarvam, activate, and convert, efficiently and at scale. This role owns paid acquisition, conversion-rate optimisation, lifecycle, and the experimentation that turns spend into signups, usage, and revenue. The mandate is measurable: drive efficient, compounding growth where every rupee and experiment is accountable to outcomes. This person works closely with Product, Sales, and Analytics to move users through the funnel - from paid acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion. They own the performance channels and the conversion levers, and partner with the Organic counterpart on shared funnel, experimentation, and analytics.
What You’ll Do
- PLG funnel conversion. Own conversion across the developer journey: signup → first successful API call → habitual usage → paid conversion → team expansion. Instrument it, experiment on it, and compound it.
- Paid acquisition. Own performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, and other paid channels. Manage budgets with discipline and optimise toward quality signups and revenue, not clicks.
- Conversion-rate optimisation. Own the conversion levers across landing pages, signup flows, and paywalls. Continuously test and improve the steps that turn visitors into activated, paying users.
- Activation & onboarding. Design onboarding, in-product nudges, and lifecycle programs that move developers from signup to first call to habit to revenue. Reduce time-to-value at every step.
