Job Title Senior Manager - DMS

Job Description

The primary objective of the role is to drive the implementation of the Lean Daily Management System across the PPS manufacturing sites. The role holder should engage in enhancing the DMS framework and its deployment in line with the OE framework and LRP. Providing academic and hands-on support to the site OE leads and Site teams for DMS KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL

The site leadership team, the Global OE head, and the Central partner functions

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL

Vendors, Consulting firms

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

The role directly reports to the AGM, DMS & Special projects- Operational Excellence

QUALIFICATION:

B Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or M.Pharm, Lean Six Sigma BB certified

EXPERIENCE:

6 to 10 years of relevant experience in the area of Operational Excellence at any manufacturing location/Corporate/Consulting firm. Strong exposure to the deployment of Lean production Systems/ Daily Management System/ Policy Deployment/Factory Operating Systems

Hands-on experience in leading & implementing Excellence Model & Daily Management Practices through teams in manufacturing sites (preferably Pharma), to bring cultural transformation and Lean mindset & behaviours. Should have driven projects/initiatives based on approaches i.e. Lean, ToC, Six Sigma, etc
