Job Description

highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud & Agentforce AI Consultant with 6–7 years of experience to drive CRM transformation initiatives. The role involves implementing, optimizing, and integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions along with leveraging Agentforce AI capabilities to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable and innovative CRM solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions

• Configure standard functionalities including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Reports

• Drive customization using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and Flows

• Ensure best practices in data model design, security, and system performance
