Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Risk to lead our risk management initiatives and drive strategic decision-making across our lending portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing comprehensive risk management frameworks, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the organization's lending activities are carried out prudently, profitably, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Management

• Lead and manage a team of risk analysts and specialists to deliver on business objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive organizational risk culture and ensure risk-aware decision making across all levels
• Present risk insights and recommendations to senior leadership and board committees
• Collaborate with C-suite executives on portfolio strategy and risk appetite frameworks
