About the job Key Responsibilities A. Human Resources & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment for healthcare, administrative, technology, research, education, and business positions. Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, professional groups, referrals, and networking channels. Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, reference verification, and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Develop recruitment strategies for domestic and international hiring. Manage employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements. Coordinate performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives. B. Talent Acquisition & Networking
Utilize existing professional networks to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Maintain active relationships with universities, recruiters, staffing agencies, and industry professionals. Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions. Represent the organization professionally across social media and recruitment platforms. C. Financial & Business Support
Assist with basic financial analysis, budgeting, and workforce cost assessments. Support payroll coordination and contractor management activities. Conduct preliminary research related to taxation, compensation structures, and business operations.

Draft professional emails, business correspondence, job descriptions, policies, SOPs, and recruitment materials. Create and edit content for websites, newsletters, and internal communications. Assist with presentation development and business documentation. E. Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage and grow the organization's presence on LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Create recruiting campaigns and employer branding initiatives. Develop content strategies to attract talent and increase organizational visibility. Track social media engagement and recruitment performance metrics.

Other requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, management, psychology, finance, commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR management, or talent acquisition. Proven success in hiring through LinkedIn and multiple recruitment platforms. Strong professional network within India; international exposure is preferred. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment software. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience recruiting for healthcare, technology, education, research, or executive-level roles. Experience working with international clients or organizations is preferred. Knowledge of payroll systems, taxation concepts, and workforce planning. Experience in content writing, digital marketing, or social media management is an advantage. Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms. Prior experience managing remote teams and virtual recruitment operations.
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,40,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 - 2,40,000 /year Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 1,00,000 /year
