Senior Group Technical Architect

Requirement / Skill Type Experience as a Manhattan Technical Analyst Must to have Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (or SCM tools) Must to have Experience with ProActive application/platform Must to have Strong understanding of supply chain processes Must to have Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues Must to have SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting Must to have Integration experience (APIs, EDI, middleware) Must to have Experience with system configuration and customization Must to have Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics Must to have Communication and stakeholder management skills Must to have Experience in production support (L2/L3) Must to have Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, SAP BTP)

Nice to have

Knowledge of Java, Groovy, or scripting languages

Nice to have

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice to have

Prior experience in retail or distribution domain

Nice to have

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management

Nice to have

Certification in Manhattan or related technologies
