Job Title
Senior Global Product Manager (Respiratory Therapy)
Job Description
Senior Global Product Manager (Respiratory Therapy)
In this role, you will lead partnership strategy and legacy portfolio lifecycle management within the Respiratory Therapies segment. You will drive the commercial success of products brought to market through strategic partnerships — owning go-to-market planning, business case development, and launch performance — while also ensuring the legacy portfolio continues to meet customer needs through service excellence and smart portfolio optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional product management, R&D, and commercial teams, and report to the Segment Leader, Respiratory Therapies. This role is based in Pune, India, co-located with our R&D and cross-functional execution teams.
Your role:
- Partnership & Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market planning for products developed through strategic partnerships, collaborating with regional market teams to align on pricing, volumes, positioning, and launch sequencing that maximize commercial impact.
- Business Case & Market Alignment: Develop and own business cases for partnership-driven launches, securing alignment and sign-off with markets on investment, pricing strategy, and volume commitments to ensure mutual accountability and commercial readiness.
- Launch Execution & Performance Management: Support regional teams in executing local launch plans and own the performance management cadence post-launch — tracking adoption, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions to deliver on committed targets.
- Legacy Portfolio & Customer Support: Serve as the product management lead for the legacy portfolio, ensuring ongoing customer-facing needs are met with a focus on service continuity, support readiness, and a positive end-of-life experience for customers and patients.
- Portfolio Optimization: Continuously evaluate the legacy portfolio to identify rationalization and pruning opportunities that simplify the offering, reduce complexity, and identify opportunities to shift focus to growth — while managing transitions in a way that protects customer trust and market position.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in an international business environment in the field of product management, marketing, or related commercial/strategic role in medical devices or health technology
