Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE - Q1-27

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who enjoys working directly with clients, solving real engineering problems, and using modern AI tools to improve how software is built. In this role, you’ll serve as the onshore anchor for our engineering pods—guiding delivery, shaping solutions, and helping clients adopt AI-enabled engineering practices. You will collaborate with client teams across multiple regions globally, leading conversations and driving outcomes end-to-end.

Partner with global client engineering teams to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions, solutioning, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate delivery across distributed teams to ensure clarity on scope, timelines, risks, and progress.
• Use modern AI tools—LLMs, agentic coding systems, intelligent IDEs, and AI development frameworks—to enhance engineering workflows.
• Support integration across APIs, pipelines, cloud services, and engineering toolchains.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders worldwide.
• Mentor both client and Infosys teams in modern engineering and AI-enabled practices.
• Encourage experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation

• Experience leading multi-region engineering or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI-enabled engineering programs or digital engineering modernization.
