Location: Mumbai & Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 3+ YearsQualifications: CA / CFA / CPA / MBA (Finance) The Transaction Advisory Services practice is seeking Senior Associate to join a collaborative, growing team. You will work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team to facilitate/lead buy-side and sell- side related engagements. Key Responsibilities: Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for Private Equity, Venture Capital, corporate, and family-owned businesses. Analyze financial statements, revenue trends, profitability, EBITDA, working capital, cash flows, and key business drivers. Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and identify non-recurring items, accounting adjustments, and transaction-related risks. Evaluate historical and projected financial performance to support acquisition, investment, and financing decisions. Identify key financial, operational, and commercial risks and provide actionable insights to clients. Prepare detailed financial analysis, transaction reports, and management presentations for deal stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, investment bankers, private equity investors, legal advisors, and senior management throughout the transaction lifecycle. Support M&A transactions, business acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and strategic investments. Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight timelines.
