Senior Field Applications Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Field Applications Engineer to join our SA Team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in introducing our groundbreaking GPU products to various deployments, from data centers to edge computing. What you'll be doing:

• Lead the product through its entire lifecycle, from the design-in phase to end-of-life, ensuring flawless execution until system Goes-live..

• Offer in-depth technical assistance to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and design houses, ensuring ease of qualification and assisting in issues.

• Work closely with customers on joint development initiatives, providing technical expertise to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

• Perform detailed technical analysis, including circuit/board troubleshooting and FAR issue resolution, to ensure products meet customer criteria

• Actively work towards achieving the Design Wins with Manufacturers

• Develop technical solutions including hardware & software demos required for system designs.

• Provide onsite support to solve hardware and software problems.

• Be a technical specialist on NVIDIA Datacenter products

• Establish strong communication channels and collaborative relationships with internal teams to ensure a positive end customer experience.
