About the Function:

Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. Qualification:

• M.Com/MBA

• 2 - 5 years relevant functional experience in Purchase, materials control, procurement and inventory functions

Knowledge & skills:

• Knowledge of Purchase, Materials Management and Warehousing practices
• Good planning and Organizing Skills
• High Flexibility and Problem Solving Best Suited for someone who • High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment
• Ability to analyse complex data, draw connections and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY PERFORMANCE MEASURES (QUANTITATIVE / QUALITATIVE)

1 Purchase

> All Inbound/Incoming Materials (RM/PM) Booking. > Materials Planning and its arrangement by follow-ups with preparing Stock Statement Sheet. > Check and review purchase order requests > Monitor the receipt and control of the Daily Purchase Receipt/Production Receipt of material > Review and maintain the records receipt on file until invoice is received > Organize the timely movement of material within the unit to ensure smooth operations > Implement targets of logistics costs & work on optimum logistics model. > Dispatch Activities through TMS- All Planning (Arrangement Of Trucks/Tracking The Permits & Clearance /Follow-Ups With Transporters & Sales-TL). > All Kind Of Payment Processing & Its Reconciliation For RM/PM > Vendor’s/Transporters/Contractors With HO Concern Team. > Payment Request On Newgen (BC, IPF, TPF, Exp. Permit Fee, GST, LR, All type of Adv. Pmt, TDS, TCS). > Detention Bill Verification (In-bound/Out-Bound). > Scrap Invoice Creation Template. > IMFL Bills LOI And Breakage Check & Update the Detailed in TMS For Payment. > Inbound Logistic Bill Verification. > PO Creation Request via Updating Route, Rate, Source, Conditions.
