Role Purpose
The role is responsible for driving Supply Chain Excellence and strengthening S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) governance across Godrej Agrovet businesses. The incumbent will collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Planning teams to improve planning maturity, operational visibility, process standardization, and overall supply chain performance.
The role will act as a central coordination function to S&OP deployment & improvement, KPI governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
Key Responsibilities:
S&OP Governance & Planning
Drive standardized S&OP / IBP processes across business units.
Collaborate with BU planning teams to improve forecast accuracy, supply planning discipline, and inventory visibility.
Facilitate periodic reviews on demand, supply, inventory, and service level performance.
Support business teams in resolving planning and operational challenges through structured problem-solving.

Drive cross-functional supply chain excellence initiatives across planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and network operations.
Identify opportunities to improve service levels, optimize inventory, and enhance operational efficiency.
Support digitization, automation, and analytics initiatives within supply chain functions.
Standardize processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across businesses.
Analytics & MIS
Develop and manage supply chain dashboards and performance review mechanisms.
Analyze supply chain KPIs and generate actionable insights for leadership reviews.
Monitor key metrics including Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Days, Slow-moving Inventory, and Production Plan Adherence.
Ensure data governance and reporting accuracy across ERP and planning systems.
Process Improvement & Transformation
Support supply chain transformation and capability-building initiatives.
Participate in the implementation and enhancement of planning systems and analytics platforms.
Drive process harmonization and operational governance across locations and business units
Educational Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
Exposure to SAP ERP and planning tools, Power BI preferred.
Strong communication, cross functional coordination, and influencing skills.
