About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Senior Executive - Programmatic & Search with 23 years of experience managing campaigns across DV360 and Google Ads (other DSPs are a plus). The role requires a combination of programmatic and paid search expertise, strong execution skills, client-facing confidence, and the ability to deliver high-quality campaigns while supporting overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise programmatic campaigns on DV360 and paid search campaigns on Google Ads to deliver against client KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max including keyword strategy, bid management, and ad copy.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across both programmatic and search channels, applying industry best practices to drive performance.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, timelines, and ROI across DV360 and Google Ads to ensure effective delivery.
- Support cross-functional collaboration (creative, strategy, analytics) to maximise campaign results.
- Conduct campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, and share insights with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in creating campaign strategies, media plans, and client presentations that incorporate both programmatic and search recommendations.
- Perform daily account checks across DV360 and Google Ads, review campaign setups, and recommend improvements.
- Support creative briefing and requirement gathering for ongoing and new campaigns.
- Track monthly spends, budget allocations, and ROAS across both channels, providing timely updates to managers and clients.
Requirements:
- 23 years of hands-on experience with DV360 and Google Ads; knowledge of other DSPs is a plus.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns - Search, Display, and/or Performance Max.
- Strong experience in campaign execution and optimisation within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and apply them to improve performance across programmatic and search.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for campaign tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and deliver campaigns with attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to also work independently when required.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to emerging digital innovations.
