Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive 3PL Logistics & E-commerce Operations to manage end-to-end logistics coordination and e-commerce order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with 3PL partners, shipment tracking, MIS reporting, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to ensure seamless customer order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations with 3PL logistics partners to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Handle end-to-end e-commerce order processing across online sales channels, with a preference for experience in Shopify.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and service levels.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to dispatches, deliveries, returns, and logistics performance.
• Capture, reconcile, and validate platform sales data accurately.
• Identify delivery exceptions, investigate issues, and initiate timely escalations with courier partners.
• Follow up proactively on pending deliveries, return shipments, and unresolved cases to ensure closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate regular reports for management review.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
