About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to scale ourinfluencer marketing efforts within the skincare space. This role requires strong outreachcapabilities, trend awareness, and performance-driven thinking to drive impactful paidcollaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach & Onboarding : Reach out to and onboard 10-15 creators / influencers daily across relevant platforms. Paid Partnership Research : Continuously research content formats, competitor activities, and emerging trends in Paid Partnerships. Campaign Briefing & Coordination : Conduct briefing sessions with creators / influencers, ensuring alignment on brand messaging, deliverables, and timelines Campaign Execution & Tracking :Support execution of paid partnerships and track performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness Preferred Skills & Know-how: Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Familiarity with Ad Manager tracking and performance dashboards Strong understanding of ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and performance marketingmetrics Ability to identify high-performing content formats and creators Experience Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Paid Partnerships / Influencer Marketing Prior experience in skincare, beauty, or D2C brands is highly preferred Key Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously Up-to-date with influencer and social media trends
