As an Assistant Manager at Shades Of Spring, you will play a crucial role in the HR & Admin department by overseeing various functions such as Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory compliances, Employment engagement, Onboarding, Office Management, Administrative Support, Vendor Management, MS-Excel, Interpersonal skills, Document Management, and Human Resource Information System & HRIS.
Key responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles. Create and post job openings on relevant hiring platforms. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the employee onboarding process. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment documentation. Coordinate induction and orientation programs
Maintain employee records and personnel files. Handle exit formalities, clearance processes, experience letters, and full-and-final settlements
- HR Operations: Maintain employee database and HR records. Track attendance, leaves, and employee documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission. Support performance review and appraisal processes. Ensure HR policies and SOPs are implemented consistently. Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations. Support employee welfare initiatives. Assist in building a positive workplace culture. Conduct employee feedback and engagement surveys. Support learning and development initiatives
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain statutory records and employee documentation. Coordinate with consultants for PF, ESIC, labour law, and payroll compliance. Ensure HR records are accurate and audit-ready. Support renewal of licenses and company documentation where required
