Key Responsibilities

• Create static and motion ads for platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube etc
• Turn marketing briefs into clear, eye-catching ad designs that drive clicks and conversion
• Work with marketing teams to understand target audience and campaign goals
• Make multiple versions of ads for testing different ideas (hooks, visuals, formats)
• Keep brand look consistent while focusing on performance
• Design banners, thumbnails, and short promotional creatives
• Deliver creatives quickly for fast-moving ad campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 36 years of experience in graphic design (preferably ads or digital marketing)
• Strong portfolio with ad designs that improved performance (clicks, conversions, etc.)
• Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic After Effects (preferred)
