Job title - Senior Executive - Business Performance - Rail & Inland Terminals Job Location - Gurugram OHC office Job Objective - Ensure profitability of rail terminal and rakes, gather market intelligence and develop products and solutions to customers, identifying new markets, commodities and trade lanes, Offering competitive pricing and strong Liasoning with key market stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities -

• Enhancing Regional Terminal Network, Development of circuits / corridors and Deployment of rakes to meet volume and financial targets and future growth strategy.

o Market Mapping o Addition of New CRTS / PFTs / GCTs etc in the region. o New routes / new commodity mix

• Commercial control & Business Performance of the region to ensure that our products are commercially competitive and continuous cost optimization to ensure profitability.

o Performance Management o Business Forecasting & SOP implementation o Budgeting, and Data-Driven Decision Support o Continues improvement on locational advantage of new o Regular oversee and ensure no leakage o Regular feedback on our pricing and opportunity to increase topline. o Reporting, and MIS

• Business development initiatives

o identification of locations for new terminal as PFT, CGT and o Any regional opportunities by any regulator / authority o Track all cargo movement in the region through multiple modes like rail, road, costal and multimodal.

• Marketing & Product Digitalization

o Marketing Campaigns in association with central marketing team o Management of Events and Follow-ups o Digitization initiates for business and its coordination.

• Relationship management with regional stakeholders like ports, railways, PFT operators, handling agency.

• Regular business connects with key existing & potential customers to understand business needs.
