About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets (volume, value, profitability) in industrial and building segments
- Develop strong relationships with Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs & OEMs to drive product specifications
- Generate, track, and convert a strong project pipeline/inquiry database
- Influence projects at design stage and ensure conversion of specifications to orders
- Provide techno-commercial solutions including thermal/acoustic calculations and energy-saving proposals
- Prepare and close technical and techno-commercial bids independently
- Collaborate with HVAC, PEB, insulation contractors, drywall and roofing partners for system-based solutions
- Drive product differentiation and convert alternative insulation materials to SG solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution and market feedback
Key Requirement
- sBE/B.Tech (First Class, no academic gaps
- )2+ years in Specification & Project Sale
- sExperience in PEB / HVAC / Process Industry preferre
- dStrong network with Architectural & Structural consultant communit
- yGood career stabilit
