Senior Executive

• Minimum 12–36 months of experience in P&C Insurance operations

• Strong understanding of policy lifecycle (New Business, Endorsements, Renewals, Cancellation)

• Meets quality (≥ target CPR), productivity, and SLA benchmarks consistently

• No active PIP / disciplinary action

• Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, and process compliance

• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business transactions accurately

• Ensure compliance with client guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

• Maintain SLA adherence and quality benchmarks

• Perform data validation and document checks to avoid errors

• Support backlog clearance and priority queues (e.g., renewal conversion, premium closing tasks)

• Collaborate with onshore stakeholders for clarifications and issue resolution

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and error reduction
