Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting & Dashboards

 Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business performance tracking  Develop dashboards covering sales, margins, costs and key KPIs  Automate MIS reporting to improve efficiency and reduce manual dependency

1. Business Performance Analysis

 Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities  Provide insights on revenue, cost, and profitability drivers  Support business teams with actionable recommendations

1. Budgeting & Forecasting Support

 Assist in preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts  Track actual performance vs budget and highlight key variances  Support scenario analysis and business projections

1. Data Management & Governance

 Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and business data  Maintain master data for reporting systems (sales, pricing, cost, etc.)  Work with IT/ERP teams to improve data systems and reporting structures

1. Automation & Digital Initiatives

 Drive automation of reports using Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), or ERP systems  Improve reporting turnaround time and quality of insights  Implement standardized templates and reporting frameworks

1. Cross-Functional Business Support
