Summary:
We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Configuration Resource to join our HR Technology team (HR Enterprise IT team). In this role, you will be the primary execution engine for our global compensation and performance-driven talent cycles. You will be responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining our SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central (EC) Promotion modules.
Working under the direct guidance of a Lead/Senior SuccessFactors Architect, you will ensure seamless execution of Year-End compensation reviews, annual bonus distributions, and mid-year promotion cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual Year-End Compensation & Bonus Management
● Template & Rule Configuration: Set up and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay templates, including worksheets, executive review views, and salary structures.
● Eligibility & Business Rules: Configure complex eligibility rules, guidelines, and look-up tables to determine merit increases, equity grants, and annual bonus payouts.
● Bonus Calculations: Formulate and test business logic within the Variable Pay module to calculate payouts based on individual, business unit, and corporate performance modifiers.
- Mid-Year Promotions & Lifecycle Changes
● EC-to-Comp Integration: Maintain the integration points between Employee Central (EC) and Compensation to support mid-year promotion workflows.
● Event-Driven Configurations: Configure structures to handle off-cycle and mid-year promotion changes, ensuring base salary adjustments, job profile updates, and adjusted bonus targets flow accurately.
