Senior Engineer – Network Security (Zscaler & Palo Alto)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Palo Alto Firewalls to support global enterprise security operations. The role involves incident management, change implementation, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure network access solutions in a 24x7 operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC environments. Perform Incident, Change, Service Requests, and MACD activities within agreed SLAs. Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. Implement and maintain web filtering, application control, and access policies. Monitor security events, logs, and network traffic to identify and resolve issues. Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, proxy, and firewall-related incidents. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and OEM support for issue resolution. Participate in 24x7 support operations and major incident management.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, NAT, SSL/TLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, and IPsec.

Hands-on experience with:

Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) Palo Alto Firewalls Panorama Experience with Palo Alto security features such as App-ID, User-ID, URL Filtering, and Security Policies. Knowledge of incident, change, and problem management processes. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills for global client interaction.
