The Senior Engagement Manager will play a strategic leadership role within the BCS Pharma Group, driving growth, delivery excellence, and capability building across pharmaceutical and life sciences engagements. This role combines client leadership, solutioning, practice development, and program ownership to help scale the pharma consulting and analytics practice.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor (beyond expert -only) to clients, lead high-impact engagements, contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, and build reusable assets, solutions, and thought leadership for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple pharma accounts and workstreams
- Own project planning, delivery governance, execution tracking, and risk management
- Define timelines, delivery milestones, resource planning, stakeholder communication plan and change management strategies for delivered solution adoption within Client Org
- Manage senior client stakeholders and build long-term relationships
- Ensure successful delivery outcomes with high client satisfaction and business impact
- Drive program governance, issue resolution, and escalation management
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor engagement managers, analysts, consultants, and cross-functional teams
- Drive team performance, accountability, collaboration, and professional development
- Foster a high-performance and learning-oriented culture within the pharma group
