We don't just manage stores; we own outcomes. Each brand we take on is treated as a real business with real targets, and the people who run them are accountable leaders, not task executors. We're a small, sharp team scaling fast, and we build systems instead of grinding through busywork. The roleAs a Senior Store Manager / Brand Lead, you own one to two brands end to end. You are the single point of accountability for their growth: you set the monthly plan, run the campaigns, watch the numbers, and lead the weekly conversations that move each brand toward its target. When someone asks "is this brand winning?", you're the person with the answer and the plan to back it up.You'll work closely with our performance (ads) and creative teams, pulling in the support you need while keeping ownership of the result. What you'll do
- Own the full operational and growth performance of one to two brands
- Build and run the monthly brand plan: campaigns, promotions, listings, pricing, and stock
- Hit GMV and profitability targets, and report against them every week
- Coordinate with performance and creative teams to get the assets and ad support each brand needs
- Manage marketplace operations: campaign submissions, listing health, inventory, and customer issues
- Be the trusted point of contact for the brand or client, keeping them confident in direction and results
- Capture what works into repeatable playbooks so the whole team gets sharper
What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing Shopee and/or Lazada stores, or comparable marketplace operations experience (Eg: Amazon / Flipkart / Etc.)
- A genuine owner: you chase the result, not just the checklist, and you take accountability for the number
- Strong analytical instincts; comfortable making decisions from data
- Calm and organized under campaign pressure, with sharp prioritization
- Good with people, whether that's internal teams or brand clients
- Clear communicator who runs tight weekly reviews
Nice to have
- TikTok Shop experience or a strong interest in learning it (we're building this capability)
- Experience across multiple marketplaces or in premium / beauty / lifestyle categories
