The Senior District Manager role is a high-impact leadership opportunity at a pivotal moment in Snowflake's growth. You will lead a team of senior Enterprise Account Executives across the BeNeLux market, driving consumption growth and long-term strategic expansion within Snowflake's most important accounts.

AS A SENIOR DISTRICT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Hire, develop, and retain a team that reflects Snowflake's profile for success
- Coach, enable, and motivate a high-performing field sales team to exceed targets
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan, including effective account assignments and coverage
- Drive accelerated adoption and consumption of Snowflake's platform across an enterprise customer base
- Own strategic account planning with your team, including C-level engagement, product roadmap alignment, and consumption monitoring
- Lead weekly forecast reviews with the Country Manager BeNeLux, delivering accurate and insight-driven pipeline reporting
