Senior Director Consulting

To enable the development of new competencies / solutions through the practice team for complex business challenges and cultivate/expand client relationships to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to practice teams and oversee complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

2. To build and maintain strong client relationships and interface with internal sales & delivery leaders to identify additional business opportunities.

1. To lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging trends.
2. To perform advanced analyses of business processes, market trends, and data, extracting actionable insights. Employ cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to drive strategic decision-making.
