ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our Solution Creative Design Team and own how design scales across the customer lifecycle at Synthesia.
This is a senior IC role for a designer who has spent significant time inside commercial organisations and knows what it takes to make design a measurable lever for adoption, expansion, and customer success. You won't just be crafting individual templates and template, you'll own the systems, frameworks, and visual architecture that the team and our customers depend on.
The Solution Creative Design Team sits at the heart of how we help some of the world's largest companies create video at scale. In this role, you'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, and Product to embed design into the commercial motions that drive time-to-value, activation, and retention.
This role is right for you if you:
- Have owned design systems at scale inside a commercial SaaS environment
- Understand how creative output translates to commercial metrics (onboarding speed, adoption velocity, NRR, CSAT, pilot conversion)
- Are equally energised by setting the creative bar and operationalising design at scale
- Want a senior IC track - strategic scope and cross-functional influence without people-management responsibilities
