We are seeking an experienced and visionary DevOps Lead to oversee and drive our DevOps strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems, enterprise-level software deployment, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and automation tools. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role also requires strong skills in requirement gathering, coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to handle ad hoc calls effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps processes, tools, and infrastructure to support development and operations teams.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise-level software, including Micro Focus Enterprise Server, on Linux platforms.
Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Drive the adoption and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, AWX) to accelerate software delivery.
Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible for automation and consistency.
Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline application deployment and integration processes.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
