About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct post-demo calls with high-intent leads to assess interest and address queries.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor concerns, and initiate corrective actions whenever required.
- Explain course details, program offerings, and associated benefits to prospective learners.
- Coordinate with the Teaching Operations team to ensure timely closure of the feedback loop.
- Follow up with prospective learners to drive conversions and enrollment decisions.
- Assist candidates with the payment process and ensure the successful completion of enrollments.
