Supported end-to-end governance and delivery of SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
Coordinated project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities across SAP workstreams.
Managed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path tracking for SAP programs.
Prepared and maintained project governance artifacts including RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, and project dashboards.
Monitored project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and financial tracking to ensure alignment with approved plans.
