As a ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer, you will design and build next-generation AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging Agentic AI, GenAI, and automation to transform enterprise workflows across domains
ServiceNow Agent on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents on the ServiceNow platform using Agentic AI principles.
Build and scale intelligent automation solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, etc.).
Smart knowledge management and virtual agent enhancements
Experience to drive AI use cases as lead developer , participate and run review board meetings with Architects and business leads , anchor role to decide key artifacts and strategies.
Key skills required
Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development.
Education - UG and Above
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
· Strong expertise in:
JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes
Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
Implementation experience across one or multiple ServiceNow modules:
ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping)
· Strong understanding of:
CMDB, CSDM, and data governance
Service lifecycle and dependency modeling
AI & Automation Skills
Proven experience building AI/Agentic or intelligent automation solutions
Hands-on experience with:
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
AIOps and event-driven automation
Exposure to Now Assist, Build Agent, Claude Workflows with ServiceNow , Moveworks , Virtual Agent, or conversational AI solutions preferred
Integration & Architecture
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
Ability to design scalable, secure, and domain-agnostic solutions
Familiarity with cloud ecosystems and modern data architectures
Preferred Certifications such as Now Assist professional ,CSA, CAD.
