Report Development
Design, develop, and deploy BI Publisher reports for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. - Create Pixel Perfect reports including: Invoice and Document Templates Develop reports using XML, RTF, Excel, PDF, and eText templates. Create bursting reports for automated distribution to stakeholders. Data Model Development
Design and develop BI Publisher Data Models. Develop SQL queries and datasets using Fusion subject areas and database structures.

- Develop reports across: Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Human Capital Management (HCM) Configure security and data access controls for reports. Support custom reporting requirements and business analytics. Develop OTBI analyses and dashboards. Convert OTBI analyses into BI Publisher reports where required. Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and reporting requirements. Support management dashboards and executive reporting. Integration & Data Extraction
- Develop extract reports for: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Support file generation in XML, CSV, Excel, PDF, and Text formats. Develop scheduled reporting and automated report delivery mechanisms. Prepare technical design documents and report specifications. Perform unit testing and support UAT activities. Troubleshoot report issues and optimize performance. Support quarterly Oracle updates and regression testing. 5–8 years of Oracle reporting experience. Minimum 3 years of Oracle Fusion BI Publisher experience. Experience in at least 2–3 Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- OTBI Financial Reporting Center (FRC) Strong SQL and query-writing skills.
- Experience with: Knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, and XSLT. Understanding of Fusion Security and Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).
Experience supporting reporting requirements across:
- HCM Experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier reporting and integrations. Experience supporting Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) reporting requirements. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience in data migration and reconciliation reporting. Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) is an advantage. Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Utilities, Construction, or Water Industry projects.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or related discipline. Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Fusion certifications preferred. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent SQL troubleshooting and optimization capabilities. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to independently manage reporting workstreams. Strong documentation and requirement-gathering abilities. Experience mentoring junior consultants and developers.
