About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare layout plans (plots, roads, drainage, etc.)

1. Prepare sketches for internal planning and approvals

1. Coordinate with the survey team for land marking & measurements

1. Supervise contractors and daily site work

1. Ensure work is as per the approved plan

1. Material planning and usage tracking

1. Quality checking of civil works

1. Maintain site reports and progress updates

1. Coordinate with the liaison team if any changes are required

1. Support the registration team with site clarity (plots, roads, etc.)
