Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive product strategy and execution through analytics, measurement, and actionable insights across Product, Product Leadership, and Engineering. This role is responsible for transforming complex product and business questions into actionable insights, scalable measurement approaches, and trusted analytics that influence product outcomes and business performance.
This role focuses on product analytics, customer behavior, product performance, and business outcomes. The successful candidate will help Product and Engineering teams understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken next.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, product thinking, business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action. They are comfortable navigating evolving business needs, quickly learning new domains, and applying data to solve complex product and customer challenges. They will independently own analytics initiatives from problem definition through recommendation while helping evolve how analytics supports Product and Engineering organizations.
You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence, partnering closely with Product Managers, Product Leadership, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure product investments are measurable, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.
What You'll Do
Product Analytics Ownership
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to understand customer workflows, product experiences, user behaviors, and business objectives, using data to drive product strategy and decision-making.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, product experiences, and user behaviors to identify opportunities for improved adoption, engagement, retention, and value realization.
