Job Summary :
We are looking for a Corporate Brand & Activations Manager. The individual would be responsible for ideating & executing Sun Pharma’s corporate brand interventions. He/she will report directly to the DGM Corporate Marketing, India Business.
Key responsibilities:
Execute marketing campaigns ~ ATL, Digital & BTL
Ideate & execute brand interventions/campaigns/ long term properties/ large scale brand activations related to Sun Pharma corporate brand
Coordinate with multiple agencies for creative development & media management
End to end management of activations for corporate marketing including IPL led activations
Liaise with Digital marketing team member to activate & implement digital plans for corporate brand

Liaise with CMI team to assess corporate brand’s equity across touch points & stakeholders
Bring in industry best practices for brand and activation to become the COE for the organization
Develop new brand properties that help strengthen Sun Pharma’s corporate brand imagery
Identify opportunities for corporate branding within existing activations aimed at doctors & trade
Ensure compliance of corporate brand guidelines in all marketing & packaging material
Competition scan as well as scan of other corporate brands
Manage the always on strategy in conjunction with an agency

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Educational Qualification: MBA (from a Premier B-School is a plus)
Skills
Working knowledge of consumer communication development, Activation is a must
Digital marketing & social media marketing prowess will be a plus
Execution excellence & coordination skills
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Self-driven and motivated
Experience
Years of Experience: 5-6 Years
FMCG/BFSI/E-comm/Auto - Marketing Manager or Corporate Brand Manager
Experience of collaborating with external creative & media agencies
