Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows for various projects.

1. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of BIM processes.

1. Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

1. Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address potential conflicts in the design phase.

1. Provide training and guidance to junior BIM staff, promoting continuous learning and development within the team.

1. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology, and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.

1. Serve as a BIM subject matter expert, participating in project meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of BIM integration.
