Job Duties & responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior team members on developing, implementing, and monitoring product strategies and controls for the Gold Loan portfolio.
Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to provide insights for product enhancement and business growth.
Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement within the Gold Loan client lifecycle to enhance efficiency, customer experience and governance
Assist in ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines (LTV, KYC/AML, auctions, interest rates, disclosures) and internal compliance standards for Gold Loan products.
Work collaboratively with Technology, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure data integrity, facilitate system enhancements, and support risk mitigation efforts.
Help monitor the implementation of regulatory circulars and assist in managing statutory/regulatory inspections and audit findings.
Prepare materials for briefings on compliance observations and best practices for branch staff.
