• Translate creative briefs into strong concepts and design directions
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and brand teams to build cohesive work
• Lead junior designers and ensure high-quality output across formats
• Use GenAI tools to accelerate design execution and spark fresh visual ideas

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 2-3 years of experience in a digital-first or advertising environment
• A strong portfolio with work across social, video, influencer, and display formats
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Flux-1-Dev with Comfy UI, Veo 3, Synthesia, Suno, ElevenLabs
• An eye for detail, love for experimentation, and the ability to work fast and smart
