The primary purpose of this position is to establish the cloud based Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) service built and provide 24x7 operational supports. This includes the operations, maintenance and troubleshooting all components for the MFA infrastructure and dependencies. It will also provide technical support with high degree of Customer Happiness by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative workplace.
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Cloud based multifactor authentication services, applications integrations and support activities related to development, enhancement need in the multifactor authentication solutions
Perform tasks related to installation and support of Tomcat applications/ Apache Web Instances
Resolve/respond on moderate to complex (P1, P2, and P3) incidents and problems effectively and in a timely manner
Identify improvements in security operations procedures and participate in automation projects.
Work with IT and business teams to develop solutions that address root cause.
Support issues resolution related to MFA services, new user registration, authentication factor reset, unlock, VPN access, MFA authentication types, token management and reporting for tokens
Support System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Production Rollout
Perform all MFA administration and end users support responsibilities
Managing User logs and analysing the log

Educational & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor of Degree in Computer /BE
1.5 to 3 years of support experience on Azure Cloud based services
Experience
Total 1.5 to 3 years of support experience on Azure portal security services, concepts of security, compliance, and identity including shared responsibility
Technical Skills Requirements
Total 1.5 to 3 years of support experience on Azure portal security services, concepts of security, compliance, and identity including shared responsibility, Zero Trust, data residency, the role of identity providers on Microsoft Azure Cloud
Experience in handling incident management tools like ServiceNow can be considered as an added advantage.
Experience implementing/administration of MFA solution is advantage.
Knowledge on Authentication Capabilities of Microsoft Entra, Access management Capabilities of Microsoft Entra, identity protection and governance capabilities of Microsoft EntraID, Global reader role and analysis of user audit logs, sign-in logs through azure portal.
Bais knowledge on Linux is an added advantage.
Proficient in granular level of monitoring and management skills in identifying potential issues proactively and take actions accordingly.
Experience in Support activities related to maintaining MFA On-Premise Server, Components, issues related Application MFA, troubleshooting, break-fix etc.
Overall understanding on Active Directory Federation Services and Active Directory infrastructure is advantage
Primary MFA Public Key Cryptography Secondary Digital Certificates cryptographic concepts is additional advantage
Understanding of Web Single Sign On technologies such as SAML and OAUTH also advantage
Basic knowledge on Core Infrastructure Security Services in Azure, Security Capabilities of Microsoft Sentinel, Threat protection with Microsoft Defender XDR.

Basic knowledge on Core Infrastructure Security Services in Azure, Security Capabilities of Microsoft Sentinel, Threat protection with Microsoft Defender XDR.
Knowledge on Cybersecurity Threats, attacks and mitigations,oncepts of Cryptography, nbetwork-based threats and mitigations, device-based threats and security controls, application-based threats and protection mechanisms. Authentication and authorization in cybersecurity.
