It focuses on partnering with high-growth businesses and driving value through strategic investments, operational expertise, and deep regional insights, with a track record of executing large-scale transactions across global markets. Job Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Modelling: Creating LBO (Leveraged Buyout) models, discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, and merger models. Due Diligence: Researching market trends, competitive landscapes, and evaluating the financials of target companies. Deal Execution: Assisting associates and senior investment professionals in preparing investment memos and pitch decks. Portfolio Monitoring: Tracking the performance of existing portfolio companies and identifying value-creation strategies Qualification and Experience:
- Candidates with 13 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or another private equity firm.
- Strong financial accounting, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Preferred from top-tier undergraduate degrees or MBAs, often with certifications like the CFA
