Job Description – L1 Security
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Security domain.
Skill:
- Work experience in Firewall,
- Awareness about network and security technologies, and protocols
Certification: OEM certification on Firewall Palo Alto/Checkpoint
- Firewall device Monitoring 24*7
- Administration & management of the Firewall through management server console
- Monitoring the Console for any potential malware propagation & attacks, and follow the agreed upon IR process
- Incident handling and Response
- Managed Patches and updates
- Monitoring Availability of Load Balancer
- Load Balancer Interface Status (Up/Down)
- Verify Load balancer dashboard and alerts
- Shall oversee the tools monitoring and daily operations and manning the helpdesk and work as per the ITIL and industry best practices.
- Raise support tickets and Change Request Form (CRF) and implement the CRF rule changes validated by Level 2 resource and monitor and perform incident management with respect to proposed solution.
