Role - Associate - IT Security (GRC) About the RoleAs an Associate Trust Intelligence Engineer, you are a foundational builder of the security and compliance infrastructure. Your goal is to support the engineering of a high-velocity "Governance OS" that operates at the speed of thought, ensuring our global business units scale without friction.
Responsibilities
- Trust Systems Maintenance (Foundational Growth): Support the treatment of the Searce compliance lifecycle as a flagship product.
- Intelligence Engineering Support (AI & Automation): Help run the "Auto-Pilot" for risk solutions.
- Proprietary Iteration (The 'evlos' Way): Use our evlos methodology to test, run, and ship internal GRC-tech tools.
- Eliminating "Slide-Ware": Replace static audit presentations with live, automated dashboards and feedback loops.
- Debugging the Lifecycle: Assist in identifying "bottlenecks" in deployment velocity and help solve them through structural organizational design.
Qualifications
- GRC/Risk Engineering (2-5 Years): Growing experience in a high-growth tech environment, preferably dealing with compliance for Cloud/SaaS infrastructure.
Required Skills
- First-Principles Engineering: Learning to break down regulatory hurdles to their core logic and building scalable solutions.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG) Mindset: Helping design governance initiatives as "features" built into the Searce global platform.
- Data Science Translation: Converting basic risk sentiment and complex frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC2) into structured data and actionable AI prompts under mentorship.
- GRC-Tech Enthusiast: High curiosity about how data models and AI-led automation revolutionize the workplace and security posture.
- Predictive Analytics Execution: Ability to use and maintain risk models that trigger automated workflows.
Preferred Skills
- The "01" Execution Mindset: A history of taking ownership of daily tasks, documentation, and small-scale automation tools from scratch.
- Disruptive Thinker: You have a history of questioning traditional GRC norms to find faster, data-backed ways to drive performance and integrity.
