We are looking for a highly skilled techno‑functional professional with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and AI/Advanced Analytics to design, build, and scale data-driven insights for business stakeholders. The role requires strong business acumen, SQL expertise, and the ability to design sustainable, scalable solutions using modern AI‑assisted development approaches.
This individual will play a critical role in translating business needs into automated workflows, data solutions, and AI‑driven outputs that enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making.
Job Requirements
Business & Functional Partnership
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and operational workflows
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications (BRDs, use cases, process flows)
Provide consultative guidance on automation opportunities and scalable solution design
Configure intent-based and goal-driven agents without traditional ML coding
Stakeholder Engagement & Ownership
Collaborate with business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions
Own end-to-end solution lifecycle: requirement gathering → development → deployment → adoption
Document solutions, data definitions, and business logic clearly
Must-Have
Power BI: Strong expertise in DAX, data modelling, and performance tuning
SQL: Advanced proficiency across analytical and transactional databases
Python: Hands-on experience in data analysis, automation, and ML workflows
Data Modelling: Strong knowledge of star schema, KPIs, and dimensional modelling
AI/ML Fundamentals: Understanding of regression, classification, forecasting, and model evaluation
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Nice-to-Have
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift)
Familiarity with Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure AI services
Experience building self-service analytics platforms
Knowledge of data governance, security, and role-based access
Exposure to Copilot, chatbots, or conversational analytics
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
Typically requires a minimum of 7- 13 years of related experience. Flexible based on proficiency
Shift Timings will be : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)
