This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to client websites. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical and content-focused SEO audits, performing keyword research, managing on-page optimization, and overseeing link-building initiatives. The SEO Manager will analyze performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine SEO approaches.Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong SEO Audits and technical SEO skills to identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Candidates should possess solid Keyword Research and on-page optimization skills to build effective content and ranking strategies.
- Candidates should possess Link Building and outreach skills to develop high-quality, relevant backlinks.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to monitor performance and generate insights.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, with the ability to align SEO initiatives with broader digital marketing and brand goals.
- Relevant experience in SEO management for agencies or multiple brands, ideally 3+ years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms is highly beneficial.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
