Why This Role Exists (Make it aspirational, not clerical) At QDC, were building the operating system for the laundry & dry cleaning industry. We work with growing multi-store businesses and some of the most recognized brands, like Tumble Dry. This role is your entry point into serious SaaS sales.You wont just make calls.Youll learn how to:
- Qualify real businesses
- Understand operational problems
- Work on early-stage enterprise conversations
- High performers in this role move into Account Executive (closing role) within 1218 months.
What Youll Actually Do (No fluff)
- Call inbound leads within 1015 minutes
- Qualify leads using clear criteria:
- Number of stores
- Business scale
- Decision-maker intent
- Segment leads:
- SMB
- Mid Market
- Enterprise
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Follow up aggressively on missed / warm leads
- Maintain clean CRM data (no shortcuts)
How Youll Be Measured
- Speed to lead (target: <15 minutes)
- Contact rate (% leads reached)
- Qualified meetings booked per week
- Meeting show-up rate
Who This Is Perfect For
- 02 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / SDR
- Hungry to grow into closing/enterprise sales
- Comfortable making 5080 calls/day
- Strong Hindi communication (English is a plus)
- Can think, not just read scripts
Who This Is NOT For
- Looking for a chill, low-pressure job
- Afraid of calling or rejection
- Only wants marketing or creative roles
- Not serious about moving into sales
Compensation
- CTC: INR 2.5 LPA - 4 LPA++ (Fixed + Variable)
- Performance incentives (linked to meetings + quality)
- High performers can significantly increase earnings
