About the internship
ConsultBae operates across three high-growth verticals: Recruitment & staffing, AI data services, and e-learning. We are hiring sales development representative (SDR) interns to help build our outbound sales pipeline from the ground up. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who want to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across ConsultBae's business verticals.
- Research and build high-quality prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, and other research tools.
- Identify buying signals such as funding announcements, leadership hires, expansion plans, and active hiring trends.
- Conduct personalized outreach to founders, CXOs, HR leaders, and other decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, outreach activities, and pipeline stages in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
- Track daily outreach metrics and prepare weekly reports on lead generation and meeting-booking performance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to improve messaging, targeting strategies, and prospecting processes.
Performance Goal:
- Book qualified meetings with potential clients for the leadership team through outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts.
- This is a pure outbound sales role with no inbound lead flow.
