ConsultBae operates across three high-growth verticals- Recruitment & staffing, AI data services, and eLearning. We are hiring SDR interns to help build our outbound sales pipeline from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn how B2B sales actually work. 1. Define and refine ICPs across the three verticals. 2. Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and free tools. 3. Track buying signals (funding rounds, leadership hires, active job postings) and enrich contact data. 4. Send personalized outreach to multiple decision-makers daily. 5. Manage CRM/Google Sheets- log activities, update stages, keep records clean. 6. Report daily on outreach activity and weekly on funnel progress. Target: Book qualified meetings for the leadership team. There are no inbound leads- this is a pure outbound role.
