Position Summary
The Scrum Master will join the Commercial Data and AI team to enable Agile delivery across data, analytics, and AI initiatives. This role will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, strengthen team ways of working, and support transparent communication across product, technology, business, leadership, and vendor stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master and servant leader for Agile teams within Commercial Data and AI, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional ceremonies.
- Manage Agile delivery activities in Jira, including boards, workflows, dashboards, filters, reporting, permissions, and governance standards.
- Partner with Product Managers, Technical Managers, and stakeholders to support backlog readiness, prioritization, sprint planning, dependency tracking, and delivery decision-making.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve impediments, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies that may impact delivery timelines, scope, quality, or team productivity.
- Track and report delivery metrics, including velocity, capacity, throughput, cycle time, burndown, delivery predictability, automation impact, AI adoption, and operational efficiency.
