The team has secured landmark deals, including a 200-film Korean package to Netflix and the licensing of over 2,500 Asian titles to platforms such as Hulu, Amazon Prime, Tubi, Roku and many more. In 2025, Peach Digital expanded into original content production, starting with the short film/web series Eternal Kiss and followed by "A-llowance," a feature film shot in Seoul. Our next productions are planned for Mumbai, Malaysia and the NY/NJ areas. The company is establishing production offices in New York (USA), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Seoul (Korea), and Mumbai (India), creating global opportunities for emerging creative talent. Role Description We are seeking YOUNG Screenwriters/Directors with a unique vision and entrepreneurial spirit to join our global team. Production is changing before our eyes. We are NOT seeking Hollywood cast-offs but visionaries who believe content can and should be done differently. People who are not afraid of AI but understand that genuine storytelling will proportionally increase in value with AI's proliferation. This role can be a project-based, part-time or full-time opportunity depending on your experience, geography and other intangibles. The Scriptwriter will pitch and develop original concepts, outlines, and scripts for short-form and long-form content, collaborating with producers and creative teams to align stories with Peach Digitals production approach and mission. Directors will be expected to direct shoots, guide performances, and work closely with cinematography, production, and post-production teams to ensure a cohesive creative vision. The role also involves participating in story development meetings, preparing shot lists and storyboards, reviewing edits, and ensuring that final deliverables meet quality and platform requirements. Qualifications
- Strong storytelling abilities with proven skills in Scriptwriting, Screenplays, and Scripting.
- Experience in Video Production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and collaboration with technical crews.
- Excellent Writing skills, including dialogue, character development, and narrative structure.
- Demonstrated experience directing short films, web series, or similar audiovisual content.
- Ability to work on-site and/or collaborate effectively with a multicultural, cross-border teams.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of production and post-production workflows; familiarity with editing processes is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional Asian languages are a plus.
